Welcome to Vytal AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vytal AI platform, website, and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Vytal AI provides an AI-powered fitness coaching platform that includes workout plan generation, nutrition tracking, exercise libraries, progress analytics, trainer-client management, and related features. The Service is provided for informational and fitness tracking purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may choose between a Client role (personal fitness tracking) or a Trainer role (managing clients and building plans).
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, using the Service for illegal purposes, uploading malicious content, impersonating others, or interfering with the Service's operation.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software - are the property of Vytal AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (such as workout logs, progress photos, and profile information). By uploading content, you grant Vytal AI a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
Trainers and clients interact through the Service as independent parties. Vytal AI does not employ, endorse, or certify any trainer. The quality of training and coaching is the sole responsibility of the trainer. Vytal AI is not liable for any interaction between trainers and clients.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vytal AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
