This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Vytal AI offers refunds for paid subscriptions.
The Free plan is available at no cost and does not require payment. No refunds are applicable for the Free plan.
The Pro plan is billed on a monthly basis at the published rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
When you cancel your Pro subscription, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase or any renewal payment if you have not extensively used Pro features during that period. Refund requests after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, contact us at support@vytalai.io with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
